Swedish snus is a moist form of smokeless tobacco originating from a variant of dry snuff in
early 18th-century Sweden. It is usually placed under the upper lip, and which does not result

snus.

We do not offer refunds for orders that have left our country and have not arrived at the
destination country as chances are they have been withheld at customs. We do, however, offer
credit vouchers when the order hasn’t arrived due to any malservice or mistake on our part.
Your package will be held by your postage service or will be sent back. It will not be delivered back to our warehouse but destroyed. We do not reship or refund in case your order is being returned to Sender. Please make sure your postage service will store and deliver your package in case you missed the delivery.
